What areas do you serve?
Primarily Kailua-Kona and nearby areas. Travel beyond that is available on request.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Condos: about 45–75 minutes. Homes: 60–120 minutes depending on size and scope.
When will I get my photos?
MLS-ready photos are delivered the same day or next day for most listings. Larger projects, video, and other services may require additional time.
What editing is included?
Color correction, exposure balance, straight verticals, and light retouching for a clean, natural look.
What additional services are available?
Options include drone aerials, aerial video, twilight photography, walkthrough video, 3D walkthroughs, floor plans, property websites, and flyers or other print materials.
Do you offer 3D virtual tours?
Yes — I provide 3D walkthroughs (Matterport) as an add-on or bundled with premium packages. They’re great for showing layout and flow.
Do I need to be present?
Not required. Access instructions can be provided in the order notes. I always welcome company if you’d like to be there during the shoot.
When do I pay?
Payment is normally due when your media is delivered. Pay on Close is also available for eligible listings.
